INTORDUCTION: Citroen Berlingo is a very common Multispace vehicle in Europe.The number of Berlingo’s on road its the testimony to its popularity.Boxy shape liberates good amount of cabin space inside with large headroom.The luggage space is what makes it carrier for all goods, fold the rear seats it provides 3000litres of luggage space to carry anything you wish.We look into the Citroen Berlingo what makes it so popular.

OVERVIEW: A first look on the Citroen Berlingo it does not impress you with looks and design.Infact have to spend some amount of time to be ok with its look.Pure Boxy design!!! which is very practical in use as it provides the cabin and luggage space as no other vehicle.The front bumper has Citroens trademark  two metal lines with upper V shape design at the  center connecting to the  large headlamps.The large grill is split with a body colour plate which gives the front along with the Fog lamps Berlingo’s unique looks.The rear side is a flat design with large vertical tail lamps and the Citroen Logo at the center.The interiors are put up well together ,the quality of plastics used is good.The interiors are vastly improved gives luxury impression in the newer versions of Berlingo. Equipment:The list consists of AC ,power steering,Driver side and passenger side airbag ,antilock braking system and central door locking. Engine Options:The berlingo is available in 1.6 L 95 bhp petrol ,1.l6L90bhp HDI diesel and 1.6L 110 bhp HDI diesel.The petrol version is smoother and quicker ,the ride and handling is planted.However at tight cornering you may feel it will topple over. The 1.6l Hdi diesel is noisier and the 110 Bhp version performance is lot better than the 90bhp version.With a mileage rating of 58MPG the Berlingo is cheaper to run.Citroen has got the pricing spot on with prices varying from 12,000 euros to 16,000Euros.This snaps where taken by me in Europe.   BY:Raghavendra Murthy
