Windows Power control in Tray icons

While using initially I was struggling to get the place/ command from where I can switch off/restart my computer. As start menu (to stop the computer) is no more available in . In the start menu has been replaced by Metro UI. The regular way to shutdown the PC is to use the shortcut (Win key + I key) which will launch charming start menu setting from where you need to select the power and get the option to shut down or restart your machine.

Left Image shows the regular way to shut down the PC.

Right Image shows the about Box of NPowerTray from where you can put NPowerTray application in startup.

NPowerTray is a small application which will bring all windows power related options to your tray icons. And you can access all power settings just by right click on the NPowerTray Button as shown in the Image Below.

NPowerTray requires .net framework 4 to be installed on your system.
.net framework 4 is installed by default in PC while for other older versions of windows u need to install .net framework 4.0 for a online installer of .net framework 4 from  or for a standalone installer .
Thus all the power controls as Shutdown, Reboot, Hibernate, Sleep, Lock, Logoff are and some forced setting which you will not get in regular windows can be applied in a easy manner. You can put this application to start up by checking the option to load application at startup in about box.

Download the NPowerTray from .
